Pricing is scope-based — these are the factors that actually move the number, no hidden extras beyond them.
Unit Size & Room Count
More rooms and larger layouts mean more modeling work — a studio and a 4BHK aren't priced the same.
Project Type
A single flat or a full building each need a different level of setup and scale.
Level of Detail
Furnishing, lighting complexity, and finish detail all affect how much modeling and rendering time a project needs.
Typically live in 5–6 business days.
That's our turnaround for a single flat once we have your floor plan — from there, we model the space, finish it with lighting and furnishing, and hand you a shareable link. Larger scopes like full buildings take longer and get a timeline as part of your quote.
